Welcome to Nyro Socks. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nyro Socks. Nyro Socks operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Nyro Socks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy (together, the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services or buy from us. Please read them carefully.

By visiting our store, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or any other rights that cannot be waived by contract.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are using the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, including your email address, shipping address, phone number and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
2.1 Product description. Nyro Socks sells NYRO invisible no-show socks with 3D cushion pads under the heel and forefoot. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.

2.2 Sizing. Our socks are one universal size (unisex), made of stretchy fabric designed to fit most feet, approximately EU 36-43 / US Women 5.5-11 / US Men 4.5-10 / UK 3.5-9. Size equivalences are approximate. We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe before ordering.

2.3 Not a medical device. NYRO socks are a comfort and cushioning product. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including plantar fasciitis or heel spurs. Any references to foot pain, comfort or relief describe the cushioning experience and individual results may vary. If you have a medical condition, a serious foot injury or persistent pain, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Stop using the product if you experience irritation or discomfort.

2.4 Availability. We may change product descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities per customer, household or region at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. ORDERS
3.1 Placing an order. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or an incorrect or incomplete address. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

3.2 Packs and free gifts. Some offers include multi-pair packs, discounts or free gifts, such as our free "Pain-Free Feet" digital guide. Free gifts are provided while the offer lasts, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded
